๐พ Service Commitment
Services will be delivered as per the chosen frequency: weekly, fortnightly, or one-off.
Invoices will be sent via email or SMS and are payable via bank deposit 12 hours prior to the scheduled day.
Cash will also be accepted on the day of service.
๐ก Customer Responsibility
Access to the yard must be available at the scheduled time.
Please ensure gates are unlocked and dogs are secured if required. If the property is inaccessible at the scheduled service time, a call-out fee will be charged and the service will be rescheduled to the next available appointment.
๐ Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled time to avoid charges. In the unlikely event that Bark Yard & Beyond needs to cancel or postpone a scheduled service (e.g. due to severe weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your service at the eaarliest available time, at no additional cost to you.

If your dog is anxious, reactive, or fearful of strangers, please let us know in advance.
